How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days by local South African Couriers.

Which couriers do you use?

We courier packages with Courier Guy, Internet Express, RAM Couriers and SkyNet.

Our couriers only deliver to physical addresses on business days.

How can I track my order?

The courier tracking details will be forwarded as soon as the package is picked up. This may take 1 to 2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is R85. All orders above R500 qualify for free shipping.

Which payment methods does your store offer?

Our store offers secure payments through Payfast and Yoco.

What is the wear time of your fragrances?

Our eau de Parfum fragrances last anywhere from 6 to 8 hours depending on your skin type.

Does your perfumes contain alcohol?

Yes. Our eau de Parfums consist of the following ingredients;

INGREDIENTS: ETHYL ALCOHOL (99.9% PURITY), PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), PPG-20, DENATURANTS, BENZOPHENONE, BUTYLATED HYDRROXYTOTLUENE, AQUA (WATER)

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store. Our store is an online only store.

Do you offer pickup of orders?

We do not offer pickup of orders. All orders are delivered by our Courier partners.
